Fluens AI helps companies get named when AI assistants answer buying questions. We do that as a done-for-you service and, soon, as software you can run yourself.
Your analytics can tell you AI sends almost no traffic while an AI answer sits above your listing on a large share of the searches you care about. Both are true at once, because a click from a Google AI answer is recorded as ordinary organic search. Nothing tags it.
That blind spot is why so much advice in this field is confident and unfalsifiable. If nobody can measure the thing, anyone can claim to have improved it.
So we started with measurement. Ask the assistants the questions your customers ask, repeatedly, across engines, and write down exactly who gets named and what the answer was built from. Everything we recommend comes out of that record, and points back at the specific answers it came from.
Most research in this field is published by companies selling the solution, and several studies quietly cite each other. We check load-bearing figures against the primary source, and state the weakness in the body of the text rather than a footnote.
No provider publishes how it decides who to name. Where the evidence is thin we say so. A confident answer you cannot check is worse than an honest gap, because you will act on it.
Nobody can promise you a position in an AI answer, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we can promise is that you will know exactly where you stand and what is costing you.
If you take what we find to your own team and do the work in-house, that is a good outcome and we will say so on the call. We would rather you act on it than buy from us and not.
